The spring of our garage door unfortunately broke during the holidays. We went through American Home Shield (AHS) warranty to replace our broken spring. Our contract covered this service. They connected us with Cactus Garage Doors, who set up a consult appointment quickly for the new year.

We were having some garage door issues that required a professional. Cactus Garage Doors made it easy to set up an appointment with a technician.
Tony arrived within the window given to us and was also kind enough to give us a call to let us know he was on his way. He is extremley knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I appreciate that he had taken a few extra minutes to educate me on a few different parts, as I know very little about garage doors. Our conversation, though brief, was friendly and genuine. He shared with me that he’s been repairing garage doors for 33 years! Truly an expert.
After the repair and paperwork, it was time for Tony to take off to his next job. I noticed that he’d waited until the garage door was fully closed to make sure it had done so properly– I thought that was really kind of him.
I highly recommend giving Cactus Garage Doors a call and requesting Tony, if possible. Thank you again, Tony!
